“The company has incurred a net profit of £8,491 (2023: loss £310). The company is owned by Mr Michael Heinrich Beekmann and Mr Frank Holz, the sharcholders. Gawooni Plc is dependent on the continuing financial support of the shareholders to operate as a going concern. Gawooni Plc has obtained written confirmation from the shareholders that they will provide or procure such funds as are necessary to enable the company to settle all external liabilities as they fall due for at least a period of twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. As such, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
