“The directors have considered the Group's and parent company's financial position, forecasts and liquidity position in assessing the appropriateness of the going concern basis of accounting. In making this assessment, the directors have reviewed cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, which indicate that the Group and parent company have sufficient resources, generated from ongoing operations, to meet their liabilities as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors are satisfied that the Group and parent company have adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
