  Following the sale of the subsidiary Transform Hospital Group Limited during 2022 and also the sale, during 2021, by the indirect subsidiary, Combine Asset Limited, of its asset, Burcot Hall hospital, it has been the intention of the director to continue to trade until an amount due from the administrators had been received. Since this was received last year, the director intends to wind up the company. Therefore the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. No changes to the financial statements arose as a result of this.
