Ratios

Computed from the line items above — sparklines read oldest → newest

Ratio Trend 2022-12-312023-12-312024-12-31
Return on capital employed -423.4%-1122.6%
Current ratio 1.27x0.43x
Interest cover -6.47x-25.30x

Gearing is liabilities over total assets. Current ratio is current assets over creditors falling due within one year. Interest cover is operating profit over absolute finance costs. Margin ratios are hidden where reported turnover is too small relative to profit to yield a meaningful figure — typical of holding companies whose income is mostly subsidiary dividends rather than trading revenue. Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future as the Company will continue to be supported by its group. The Company has created a new and updated unique set of product offerings which the Directors see as fuelling sales growth in 2025 based on positive reactions from customers, sales partners and distributors. Further, the Company completed its Series fundraising in June 2025, bringing in substantial cash resources. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
