  We draw attention to Note 2 of the financial statements which explains that it is the Directors intention and expectation that the Group will be dissolved in the near future and therefore do not consider it appropriate to adapt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern as described in Note 2. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. The directors do not expect the company to continue as a going concern; hence the financial statements are prepared on a basis other than going concern in line with the requirements of FRS102.
