“The directors have assessed the position of the group in the light of its recent trading and future prospects. The directors have taken into account the group's financial performance since the reporting date, including unaudited profits of £1.3m for the period to October 2025 on revenue in excess of £12.5m and an order book with signed orders giving a forecast revenue in excess of £17m over the next 12 months. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements using the going concern basis of accounting.”
