Material uncertainty over going concern
The Company generated a net loss of £4,426,766 during the period ended 28 April 2024 and, at that date, the Company's liabilities exceeded its total assets by £42,387,734. As noted in note 6 to the financial statements, there are legal and regulatory provisions of £63,642,676 which relate to ongoing disputes of a commercial and regulatory nature. These conditions, along with the fact there is no formal confirmation of support in place for a period of 12 months from the date of the approval of the financial statements, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the Company was unable to continue as a going concern.
