Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors regard the foreseeable future as no less than 12 months following publication of these financial statements. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “During the early part of the year, the business expanded rapidly into the market supplying and installing solar panels to new build domestic properties using its own team of employed engineers. This type of work proved to be unprofitable due to lower margins from competitive tendering and operational inefficiencies around the geographical spread of housing developments and accessibility to the new build plots. The business withdrew from this market in June 2024 and is now focussing on large commercial solar PV and air source heat pump installations.”
- “The business also undertook a review of overheads and implemented a significant staff restructure in the second half of the year incurring severance costs of £0.2m. It is anticipated that year-on-year overhead staff costs will be reduced by £0.6m.”
