“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In making their assessment, the directors have reviewed detailed cash-flow forecasts, budgets and post year end management information. The directors are confident that with the planned changes in sales strategy, new service lines and reduction in future costs, performance in the future will improve. In addition, the directors have received a letter of support from their ultimate parent company Ryan LLC. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statement.”
