“The director has, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The parent company, Encavis AG, has committed to providing operational and financial support to the company as is necessary to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Further, they have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of intercompany indebtedness during the support period, unless sufficient funds are available such that doing so will not compromise the going concern position.”
