• “During 2024/25 the business saw a decrease in turnover, this was largely due to general economic industry struggles, with customers a lot quieter than usual. Although our turnover was down our profit margin was up from a combination of buying power, continued improvements to our computer system, more detailed stock reports and a thorough review of all our utility bills. These improvements were designed to future proof the business, reduce outgoings, enabling the company to run more efficiently and cope with times of struggle.”
