- “During 2025 Shaws as a brand will continue to leverage its place within Fortune Brands to access new markets and maximise benefits arising from economy of scale, whilst remaining true to its commitment to UK manufacturing, class leading innovation and quality. Post year end the trade and assets of the company will be transferred to another subsidiary of Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. This is part of a wider group reorganisation to move production to modern, purpose built facilities, still within the UK. Following this the company Shaws Since 1897 Limited will be wound up.”
