“These financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. The directors, having considered the forecasts through to 30 June 2027, have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

- “In December 2024, the Company's Directors and Management also took responsibility for running the Pennine site on behalf of YGC Partners Ltd, a joint venture 50% owned by the shareholders of YGC Group Ltd, in addition to the two previously acquired sites at York and Scarborough.”
