“The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. These forecasts take into account the group's cash position of £20,479,530 at the balance sheet date, the proceeds of the Series B funding round closed in October 2024 and the Bootstrap Europe debt facility, together with expected revenue growth and planned expenditure. Subsequent to the year end, in October 2025, the Group raised a further $100 million Series C round led by Eurazeo, providing additional liquidity and financial headroom. On the basis of these forecasts and the funding secured, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group and company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
