“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have considered relevant information, including the annual budget, forecast future cash flows and the impact of subsquent events in making their assessment. The forecast prepared supports the ability of the Company to remain a going concern and to be able to trade and meet its debts as they fall due.”

This coupled with having very little stock meant that the first 4 months were heavily reliant on sales already received.”
