“In assessing the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, the Directors have reviewed the Company's financial position as at 31 December 2025 together with cash flow forecasts covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors have not identified any material uncertainties that would cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
