“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. This is based on management's assessment of existing projects in progress and the anticipated profitability and consequent cashflows from those projects as forecast for 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements, as well as potential support from shareholders and the scope for external financing if required. Based on this review, management are of the opinion that the company will be able to meet its financial obligations as they fall due for the next 12 months from the approval of these accounts.”
