Affirmed

“For the year to 31 March 2025 the company made a loss amounting to £273,044 and had net assets of £109,637. The directors have assessed the financial position and note that the company had sufficient cash reserves to finish the building work post year end. The company has also switched from fixed price contracts to variable price contracts, which offer a higher margin. The directors note that the company has two intercompany loans that are repayable on demand, however the directors only expect repayments to be made when the company has sufficient cash available. The company has also received confirmation from one of its shareholders' intermediate parent company, STERIS Limited, of its intention to provide support, where needed, for a period of 13 months from the date of approval of the accounts. The directors have assessed the ability of STERIS Limited to provide support, and therefore have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
