“In preparing the financial statements, the directors consider it appropriate to continue to use the going concern assumption, which assumes that the Company will have sufficient resources to enable it to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due. At 31 March 2025 the parent company, Grosvenor Integrated Services Holdings Ltd., committed to provide financial support as necessary to enable the Company to continue its normal course of operations for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements. The Company did not trade for the current and prior year. The management is currently seeking for other trading opportunities for the Company and it is the management's intention to continue trading in the future.”
