The company also invested in a safety leadership training program to embed desired behaviours and build a culture which resulted in lower injury rates from previous periods. The company is also investing heavily in diversity and inclusion programs and events to promote a more balanced workforce - with a particular focus on attracting more women. A 'Respect at Work' campaign was also introduced to actively encourage employees to treat each other fairly and considerately at all operational levels.”
