“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being twelve months from the approval of the financial statements (until February 2027). This period is deemed appropriate due to the nature of the principal activities of the business and Amazon.com Inc.'s ongoing commitment and proven ability to support the Company's operations. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.”
