“Notwithstanding the group profit for the year of £2,349,622 (2023: £883,577), group cash of £2,750,720 (2023: £1,075,540), group net current assets of £11,032,177 (2023: £7,955,640) and group net liabilities of £496,736 (2023: £3,028,285), the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. The group remains assured of the financial support by the ultimate parent company, Lighthouse Document Technologies, Inc. The directors have received confirmation that Lighthouse Document Technologies, Inc. will continue to support the group and provide it with adequate funds when necessary to enable it to meet its debts as they fall due in the foreseeable future. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
