“After the year end, the Group secured funding through a convertible loan note and a debt facility, and implemented a cost restructuring programme. These measures strengthen liquidity and support the Group's forecasts, giving the Directors a reasonable expectation that the Group has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
