As part of their review of going concern, the directors have obtained written confirmation from Azets Holdings Limited that it will continue to provide support, including financial support to the company, for a period from the date of approval of the financial statements to 31 March 2027 to assist in fulfilling its obligations under its contracts and in meeting its liabilities as and when they fall due to the extent that it is not available from the company's existing resources.”
