“Notwithstanding net current liabilities of £2,410,148 as at 30 June 2025 primarily due to subordinate debt from a fellow subsidiary CLV Finance UK Limited of £2,396, 126 which is repayable on demand, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. CLV Finance UK Limited has confirmed that it does not intend to seek repayment of these amounts for the period of 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. The directors consider that this should enable the company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future by meeting its liabilities as they fall due for payment.”
