• “After the reporting period, on 5 December 2025, the Company entered into an $8 million debt facility, which can be drawn down until 30 September 2026. Principal repayments under the facility begin on 1 April 2027 and the facility matures on 1 March 2030. The facility was not drawn at the balance sheet date and is intended to support the Company's working capital requirements.”
