“After making enquiries, the Board has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the future, being a period of twelve months after the date on which the report and financial statements are signed. The company has received written assurance from Hyelm Limited, the parent company, that sufficient funds will be made available to enable Arthur West House Limited to continue to explore and develop sites for residential accommodation. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in the financial statements.”

- “In September 2018 Hyelm acquired a site for the development of residential accommodation and Arthur West House Limited was appointed to carry out the development. Progress on the scheme had to be paused as the Local Authority did not grant the expected relief from the Community Infrastructure Levy payable on the scheme. This relief was eventually granted but construction costs increased during the delay and as a consequence Arthur West House Limited was instructed by HYELM to terminate the contract with the building contractor. During the year HYELM commissioned Arthur West House Limited to arrange for the security and meanwhile use of the site and this has been the main activity of the company during the year.”
