“In preparing these financial statements, the directors are of the opinion that based on current and expected operational performance of the company and its Group, there is a reasonable expectation that, despite the net liability position for the Group at the balance sheet date, the Group shall have adequate financial resources available at its disposal to ensure that any liabilities are appropriately discharged as they should fall due and for the company and its Group to continue in operational existence. While there will always remain inherent uncertainty, the directors have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt about the company and its Group to continue as a going concern and consider it both appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the company's individual and consolidated group financial statements and do not recognise any adjustments in either the financial statements that would arise if the going concern basis were to become no longer appropriate.”
