“At the year end the company recorded net liabilities of £397,924 (2024: net liabilities of £23,524) due to the company incurring losses of £374,400 during the year to 31 July 2025. Following the year end, the company has continued to incur losses however management has taken necessary steps to reduce costs in order to return to profitability as demonstrated by its financial forecasts for the forthcoming year to 31 July 2027. These forecasts demonstrate that the company will be able to maintain existing revenue levels, reduce operational overheads enabling it to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due. These steps should ensure that the company returns to positive net assets and a return to profitability. On the basis of the above, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and have prepared the accounts on a going concern basis.”
