“Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The Company is supported by its UK holding company, Quantessence Limited, which has confiirmed its support for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts. Quantessence Limited in turn has received a letter of support from its ultimate parent undertaking Euroclear SA similarly giving support for the same period. On this basis the directors are of the opinion that the Company has adequate resources to enable it to undertake its planned activities over the next twelve months from the signing of the financial statements.”
