“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months following the approval of these financial statements. ... As the forecast looks very promising and there is support available from the Group if needed, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.
