“As explained in note 1.3 to the financial statements the directors have the expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report. The directors have based their going concern assessment on forecasts, taking into account the recent government announcements, the new partnership with Octopus Energy and new revenue streams. The directors have concluded that the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
