“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. As the company does not have external customers and is reliant on funding from the Backbase Group, the ultimate parent company, Twinspark B.V. has confirmed that will provide sufficient financial support to Backbase UK Limited to enable the company to continue to trade and to meet their liabilities as they fall due. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
