“After reviewing the Company's forecasts and projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company is profitable, has a strong balance sheet and good cash reserves. In addition, the shareholders have significant resources available to assist with the cash flow of the Company and have confirmed their support for the ongoing funding of the business in the event that such support is needed. As a result of this review and the additional financial resources available to the business, the directors' therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
