“The Directors have considered the Group and Parent Company's current financial position and cash resources in light of the ongoing challenges of inflation and labour market conditions. The Group actively monitors cash flows, working capital and banking facilities to ensure that obligations are met as they fall due. Additionally, the Parent Company has received a letter of support from its fellow subsidiaries, A.K. Stoddart Limited and Manifesto Foods (Properties) Limited, to confirm that it would not demand repayment of intercompany balances where it would be to the detriment of the Parent Company and its ability to meet its financial obligations as they fell due.”
