“During the year the group made a loss and as at 30 June 2025, the group had both net current liabilities and net liabilities, which could indicate that the company has insufficient resources to continue trading for the foreseeable future. However, the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis due to the ongoing financial support Belle De Jour Limited, Sole Intention Limited and its directors. The ultimate owners will provide sufficient funds as necessary for the group to continue as a going concern.”
