“The Directors regularly monitor the Company's financial performance, including turnover, profitability and cash flows, over the short, medium and longer term. In forming their assessment of the appropriateness of adopting the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of these financial statements, the Directors have prepared detailed cash flow forecasts and projections covering the period to 30 June 2028, taking into account reasonably possible changes in trading performance. On the basis of this review, and having considered the Company's current financial position and available resources, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Company financial statements.”

- “After the reporting date, the Company entered into a receivables purchase and servicing agreement providing for the sale of certain trade receivables up to an aggregate limit of £2.5 million, structured as a sale of receivables rather than a borrowing. The agreement was entered into to provide additional working capital flexibility. The directors do not consider that this event affects the amounts recognised in these financial statements.”
