“The directors have, at the time of approving these separate financial statements, have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to meet its day-to-day working capital requirements and continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statement. As at reporting date, the Company has a net current asset position and net asset position of £ 1.39 million, and £ 1.51 million; respectively. During the year, the Company reported a profit after tax of GBP 1.50 million. The directors have concluded that there is no significant going concern risk as its parent company Innovo Holdings Limited provided confirmation of financial support for the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. On this basis, the directors considered it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these separate financial statements.”
