- “The group was invited to enter in discussion with the owner of Outlaw Pro in November 2024... negotiations... started in December 2024 and were completed on 25 February 2025. The group did not acquire any shares in Outlaw Pro and there was no SPA or asset purchase agreement signed between the parties. Outlaw Pro's website was re-routed to the Total Tackle website and the group purchased a selection of stock for Outlaw Pro. The group also decided to take over the main Outlaw Pro shop, based in Billericay and recruited a selection of top performing existing Outlaw Pro staff who started new roles at Total Tackle Limited.”
