“The risk of non-performance of the underlying loan portfolio has been considered. The ECL calculated under IFRS 9 reflecting the latest economic scenarios is £40,000 (2024: £69,000) and is therefore not deemed to have a material impact on the future cash flows of the Company and repayment of mortgage loans. Therefore, there is no material uncertainty in relation to the going concern of the entity based on these considerations. After reviewing the latest performance of the underlying mortgages, the Directors are satisfied that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future, and for the going concern assessment period, which is 12 months from the date of approval of the Financial Statements. Accordingly, the Financial Statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
