“The Charity has generated sufficient financial resources from its activities, and holds a significant level of funds to allow the Trustees to believe that the Charity is well placed to manage its operational and financial risks successfully in the current economic climate. Accordingly, the Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the Charity has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

The assets and liabilities were also transferred, with the exception of assets to the value of the original gift £8,641,000. The two entities are now linked under a Uniting Direction issued by the Charity Commission on 12 March 2025, with the company being the reporting charity.”
