  We draw attention to note 1.2 in the financial statements, which identifies that the Trust incurred a net deficit of £184,858 excluding movements on the restricted fixed asset fund in the year ended 31 August 2025 and as at that date had free reserves of £74,390. The note also states that the Trustees have concluded that they will work towards the Trust's schools joining another trust within the coming year. These conditions indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Trust's ability to continue as a going concern.
