“The Directors have assessed the impact of downturn scenarios over the next 12 months and remain confident in Systemiq's ability to operate in a downturn scenario with the mitigating levers available to the company. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. For this reason, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in reporting the financial statements.”
