“After reviewing the Company's forecasts, projections and finance facilities available to the Company and taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance and the associated impact of compliance with covenants associated to the loan notes and the Virgin Money term loan, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue to operate for the foreseeable future and do not believe that there are any material uncertainties that would cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.”

The Company also started a significant contract with a European based Car Brand to deliver a solution based on core services within its Evolution platform across multi-European markets which will be completed and anticipated to be launched in 2025, The Company also started the migration of one of its other core customers to its Evolution platform that will be delivered in 2025. All these projects resulted in the increase in the system development revenue year on year, whilst the license income growth recognises the incremental benefits delivered to clients by the new Evolution platform.”
