“Notwithstanding that the company has made a loss after taxation for the year of £12,280,025 (year ended 31 December 2023: £9,103,333), the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have prepared projected cash flow information in excess of 12 months from the date of their approval of these financial statements. The detailed projections demonstrate the company is forecast to remain cash positive and accordingly the directors believe the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period of at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. The directors believe that adequate funding has been obtained to ensure the company can meet its financial obligations as they fall due will be available to the company for the foreseeable future and have made assertions that they will not recall any intercompany balances whereby the company does not have sufficient funds to pay through a letter of support from the parent company.”
