- “On 19 May 2023, the ultimate parent, Reef Technology Inc entered into an agreement to restructure the group's existing equity structure to create separate parking and kitchen businesses by distributing certain legal entities within the Reef Technology Inc. group. This meant that following the restructuring, the Company now forms part of the Reef Proximity Aggregator LLC group.”
