“At the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Over the next twelve months, the company is forecast to generate a cash surplus, excluding interest, and Guildford Borough Council has undertaken to provide such finance and material support as required to maintain adequate liquidity levels to enable the company to meet its obligations. Thus the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
