“Based on the analysis completed, the Group has adequate bank facilities available and the Directors therefore have a reasonable expectation that the Group and the Company will be able to continue in operation and meet their liabilities as they fall due, retain sufficient available cash and not breach any covenants under any drawn facilities for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.
