• “A facility held by the Company's parent secured on the investment property and issued share capital of this Company and a number of other subsidiaries with Coutts & Co had been due to be repaid on 22 September 2025. Negotiations to renew or replace this loan were well-advanced and a short extension to 22 December 2025 was agreed with the existing lender to facilitate completion of due diligence.”
