“The ongoing ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the financial support from Woodside Energy Holdings Pty Ltd. Woodside Energy Holdings Pty Ltd. accepts the responsibility of providing and undertakes to provide sufficient financial assistance to the Company to meet any deficiency in working capital should it arise and support be required to the extent of that working capital deficiency to enable the Company to continue its operations and fulfill all of its financial obligations for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements. As a result, in the opinion of the directors, the Company is considered able to pay its debts as and when they fall due. For this reason, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
